NS Creative Lab grew from a genuine interest in automation, fixing inefficient processes and taking on technical challenges. The idea is simple: understand how work is actually being done, find what is creating unnecessary effort, and use technology where it genuinely makes the process better.
The background behind the business combines more than five years working around operational processes and digital systems, an academic foundation in Information Technology and Networking, and more than ten years of customer-facing and sales experience. More recently, that experience has expanded further into Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft 365 automation and practical AI.
That mix matters because good automation is not only about building a flow. It also needs someone to understand the people, the process, the information and the business outcome.
